Tested by Fire

Conclusion

This series “Tested by Fire” had the objective of helping readers understand that a Test is used to measure the quality of work.

We have been able to see that Jesus is the only foundation we are meant to build on, and the quality of what we build would one day be tested 1Cor. 3:11-16.

This means that doing religious activities or good things for the sake of praise would not pass the fire test.

We also saw that testing can come as a trial to a believer, just like in the case of Job, He lost everything including His health, testing can come from family and friends also,

but the question is would you pass the test when it comes?

One key thing we need to understand is that failing the Test would not make you miss heaven if you are on the right foundation, but you would miss the reward meant for you when you get to heaven “God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”” ROM. 2:6.

But why wouldn’t you want God’s reward?

One thing I would want you to start if you have not started is doing things out of purpose and not eye service because the bible says, their reward is paid in full,

““So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.” Matt. 6:2.

Today starts questioning the good things you do to avoid getting a valuless reward from men as opposed to God’s.

Thank you much for finding time to read
